Exchange and return policy

Replacement policy:


Replacement is available within 7 days of receiving the order. All you have to do is:

  1. Contact the customer service team by calling or writing to them on WhatsApp
  2. Provide them with (your order number - the replacement model - the required size) to submit a replacement request for you.
  3. After the product arrives, inspects it, and makes sure that all accessories are available, the replacement order will be shipped directly.


Replacement terms:

  1. The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and all the labels must be unremoved and undamaged, and they must be wrapped in the original packaging, with the exception of the gifts attached to the order, which do not need to be returned.
  2. The customer bears the cost of shipping, and if the product is defective or there is an error, Kaizen bears the full costs.
  3. The amount paid from shipping fees and payment fees upon receipt goes to the shipping company and cannot be returned.
  4. After the policy is issued by us, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the company through which the policy was issued.
  5. Underwear and pajamas cannot be substituted to maintain general health.
  6. The remaining amount (the difference) is not refunded for replacing a product at a different price, and the customer has the right to supplement that with another product.
  7. You can exchange discount or offer products, but (in the event that the discount or offer expires), you will lose the value of the discount and the difference must be paid.



Return policy:


A return is available within 48 hours of receiving the order. All you have to do is:

  1. Contact the customer service team by calling or writing to them on WhatsApp
  2. Provide us with (your request number - specifying the reason for return - IBAN number - bank name - triple account holder name) to submit a return request to you.
  3. After the product arrives, inspects it, and makes sure that all accessories are available, the amount will be transferred to the customer within 15 days from the date of the administration’s approval of the return process.


Return terms:

  5. Lingerie and pajamas cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
  6. You can retrieve the discount or offer products, but (in the event that the discount or offer ends) you will lose the value of the discount and the difference must be paid.
